Our office is on the west side of Orchard Lake Road, just north of Maple / 15 Mile Road (2 buildings north of English Gardens). We are in the Atrium Medical Building.

Please call today for an appointment. The physicians and physician assistants are accepting new patients and will try to accommodate patients in a timely manner.  We accept most health insurance plans.  If you participate in an HMO (managed care plan), call your primary care physician to see if any of the physicians in our practice participate with your plan and arrange for the appropriate referrals.

West Bloomfield Hours:
Monday: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 am -11:30 a.m.

Commerce Township Hours:
Mon: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
Tue: 8:30 am to 7:00 pm
Wed: closed
Thu: 8:00 am to 5:00  pm
Fri: 9 am to 5:00 pm
Sat: 8:00 am to 11:30 am (1st and 3rd Saturday's)
